Halloween-themed flu events provide free immunizations to uninsured, underinsured
To help reduce outbreaks during the 2015-16 flu season, several local health groups have teamed up to help Muskegon County residents say "Boo to the Flu."
From Saturday, Oct. 17 to Saturday, Oct. 24, free flu shots will be available to under-insured and uninsured residents at three locations throughout the region.
Residents with insurance may also receive a shot if they bring their health plan cards.
