BETHLEHEM, PA - August 3, 2017 - FamilyWize, the well-known prescription savings program that has helped over 10 million Americans save more than $1 billion on life-saving drugs, today released a list of the Top 10 states that have saved the most on their prescriptions from January, 2016 through June, 2017 by using the Free FamilyWize Prescription Discount Card.

Patients are able to save an average of around 40 percent on medications using the Free FamilyWize Prescription Discount Card, which they simply show to the pharmacist upon pickup. Smartphone users can download the FamilyWize mobile app at the iOS App Store and Google Play.
FamilyWize users can now take advantage of Medicine Cabinet, a new feature on the website which allows them to create a personal profile and easily find the lowest price for their prescriptions. Additionally, with the FamilyWize Drug Price Lookup Tool, consumers can quickly identify local pharmacies with the lowest price for their medications. These features appeal to those looking to lower their drug costs, and help contribute to the program’s popularity nationwide.
